This week I have been reading about about UX Strategy. Watching a lecture from Duke about Stakeholders really expanded my view on who is included in Stakeholders. They did an in class assignment for a bakery and listed the different stakeholders to consider for the bakery. They of course considered clients, employees but then went as far as more abstract things like local gyms, who might have increases because people want to burn off calories. It got me thinking about how different stakeholders have different needs. When we're considering them, we need to understand which stakeholders should be given priorities over others and what ones we might need to consider that we originally may not have. It is helpful to create a list of primary and secondary stakeholders. If you have a very complicated system, having a list can help sort the system out and make it easier to digest. Which then makes the problem easier to solve.
